Complaints

If you aren’t happy with us, please tell us at complaint@clarityam.com.

  • We’ll contact you to understand your complaint within one business day.

  • We aim to send a final response within four weeks. If we need more time, we’ll keep you updated.

  • If your complaint isn’t resolved within eight weeks, or you’re unhappy with our response, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within six months of our final response. Visit https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or call 0800 023 4567.
